If you want to practice witchcraft I would suggest reasearching. Black magic is not always evil. Sometimes it makes people do things against their will or hurt them.
White magic is embracing nature, also creatures like fairys or dragons, I recommend not doing spells like this if you do not believe in magickal creatures. I also recommend meditating before spells. Start with easy stuff first like summoning, dream spells or visualization type spells. You will find that many spells on here are nonsense. The strongest spells you can ever do I your own! If you want tips for spell writing you can reasearch or ask some people here or go to newbie central or articles. They will explain about the pagan and wiccan religion, spellcasting, meditating, visualization and the types of spells and magick. I hope you enjoy witchcraft and soon with practice you will become a witch :)

I would start off with reading some articles and books, to understand The Craft a bit better.

Also, check the FAQs and such, and you should be fine.

One final piece of advice: Meditation is very important, especially for opening your chakras.
