Energy is everywhere. Magic is manipulating energy to achieve your goals through means not known to science. I'm not sure what they tell you on TV, but using magic is a skill most people can learn if they invest the time and effort.

Mihan, we realise that English is not your first language, but unless you learn to express yourself a bit better than so far on this thread, we don't know what you're talking about!
"if I use my skills I can". Can what?

Sorry, but no. You cannot do any of that.

You can move things without touching by throwing something at it. But as stated in the Basics Expanded post, energy can't come from nowhere, and psychic energy is the wrong kind for moving things.

"hi guys I need someone to tell me. The magical power on our body is like charmed witches?"

Hollywood is just that, fiction. Witches don't throw fireballs, make light come out their finger tips, etc.

Witchcraft and magic is instead will, intent, and action to manipulate the world around you, namely through the unseen.

Take shapeshifting. Last night I went into trance and shapeshifted into a snake. Did my body change? No.

I flew from my form into that of a snake, and lived as it for a time. None of this required me to physically change form.

No, that's strictly the realm of fiction and hollywood.
