I don't think the spell would have worked anyway if that's all you did.
And why would you even cast a spell if you didn't need it, magic can help day to day life but shouldn't be used so carelessly.

Please tell me what does that action mean and if there is anyway I could get out of the aftereffects! (If there is any)

If you cast a spell to get rid of a headache when you didn't actually have a headache then the spell would simply dissapate as there was nothing for it to do. It's unlikely there will be any side effects from this.

But let me add, that it isn't a good idea to go around casting spells that have no specific purpose. Playing around with magic is not a good idea. This time you were lucky.

You are asking a "what if" question. This does not make sense at all. And posting it several times means you just want to spam to gain attention. Casting for nothing is not a good thing to do..

I don't think there would be adverse after effects from a headache spell, Never heard of someone trying to get rid of one that way. I usually remove headaches by laying on hands and energy manipulation.
