In Norse mythology first living things were created in the form of Ymir a hermaphroditic frost giant and Audumla the primal cow.

So the answer is Ymir

In Norse mythology, Ymir, also named Aurgelmir (Old Norse gravel-yeller) among the giants themselves, was the founder of the race of frost giants and an important figure in Norse cosmology

and the grandfather of Odin, King of the Gods

so Ymir - Aurgelmir

What is the Name of Underworld Realm where the rested spirit may enjoy a paradise of light and joy, and where the spirit may remain or move on to rebirth.

The Underworld is the realm of Grenth. Many years ago, Dhuum, the cruel and unjust god of death who neglected his duties and enslaved the dead was deposed here.

When the body dies, the spirit will be released into the Rift. These spirits will find their way to the Underworld, normally via the River of Souls. Here the spirits are led to their final resting place, depending on numerous factors, such as how they performed in life, how they died etc.

More recently, this realm has become infected with the memory of the fallen god of death. Mysterious forces have been intercepting the River in the Realm of Torment, before it even reaches the Underworld. Demons have appeared across the realm, terrorizing the dead. In desperation, Grenth has opened up his realm to Ascendants from the mortal world to help cleanse his realm of evil.

Water Djinn are claimed by Istanis to be elemental spirits that control the winds and storms of the sea. Some make a plea to them for their blessing if they wish to make a journey at sea.

Similar to the more powerful Sapphire Djinn, they are vulnerable to fire damage.
