Well, for one, you should not crush until ready for use. "Jasmine works as remedy for stress, anxiety, and heat or sun stroke. A body massage with jasmine oil lifts spirits and relieves aches and pains." (from herbal site) It has wonderful aroma, so in pouch under pillow smells wonderful. It can be used for protection, purifying, and as addition to attract love. Jasmine oils and perfumes are made for this. So, there you go; some uses for you.

A good way to preserve your herb now that you've crushed it could be to put it into a dark glass corked jar (no screw on lids, they could explode) and cover the herb with a quality oil, like extra virgin olive oil. Put it in a cool dark place. Shake the jar every day for 1-3 weeks until it reaches the potency you require. Strain it with cheese cloth. Add a little vitamin E oil as a natural preservative. Refrigeration will help it to last 6mo +

You can use the oil to annoint candles, talismans, amulets, sigils, yourself, etc. Jasmine is a safe flower to use topically without any restraint. But you should always be certain you do not have an allergy to it by rubbing a little on the wrist or behind your ear and wait to see if your skin reacts negatively.

If you buy incense charcoal, you could burn it on top of the coal as incense, but honestly, I think that's a waste. The oil will last much longer.

If you don't like cold infusion, you could alternatively use a crock pot on low for a few hours, then strain, mix in vitamin E oil, bottle it, then cap and refrigerate when it's cool. I use my crock pot for medicinal ointments.

Star has some good ideas. You also could make jasmine tea from it for the same purposes. Take a teaspoon of jasmine and mix it with green tea and boil water through them in a percolator. Add a little goney and it should taste great.
