There are so many ways you can go about magick, and I'm glad you added in spirituality.
There are a lot who just want magical powers and don't really know what this kind of thing is about.

Magick can be named many different things in many spiritual beliefs.
Even the Christian prayer is a form of magick.
You put your time and energy toward a goal, and have the will or faith to manifest it.
Some who pray even find it's calming or trance like.
You can also focus your energy with correspondences to gods and goddesses, with candles, herbs, incense, or just your own two hands if you feel comfortable with that.

As for spirituality, look into what kind of a system most describes what you believe.
Something paganistic, monotheistic, or even atheistic.
You don't even have to choose a specific path, and can adopt many different paths as long as it suits you.

Arsamorea. That depends on where you look. Don't look in weather spells, or fantasy spells.
Those won't work.
As for the other spells, there are many ways you could practice.
Meditation and trance states are good to learn for that, if you think you're having trouble with casting the spell, or getting in the right mindset.
