Make and carry an Algiz rune talisman, cast a circle around your bed, do a smudging ritual with incense while shouting at the spirit to leave, or use one of the Golden Dawn banishing rituals of the pentagram. There's all kinds of info on these on the net. Same for unfriendly demons, if you don't fear them then they are more limited in what they can do.
