As far as biokenisis is concerned,it's fluff,impossible,although something like pyrokenisis is possible

There is no way to change your genes/transform into another creature using magick,you can't change your eye colour,grow wings,horns or fangs and you most definitly can't transform into a vampire,werewolf,lion,etc.

Pendragin, I have personally seen the skeleton of the human with the supposed tail of a fish. It's in the museum in Copenhagen where it is very, very clearly labelled as being a hoax. Such a creature does not exist in the real world.
