Do these spells work?

Try this one, it cause it to rain within three days of the casting. It doesn't require much ritual. Draw a circle of around 3 feet in diameter around you and say the words 3 times. This one has always worked for me.

Only you can choose when to cast a spell, time of day may or may not be relevant to the spell relative to what it is you wish to achieve. I usually combine various parts of magic into my own personal spells. Also if your comfortable with the idea you can create or modify a spell to fit your needs, just remember magic has its limits. Know what you wish to achieve and then see what you can accomplish.
