I have been with this spirit since I was 7. He is a Guardian. And, he is allowed to do other spiritual work so as to not drain his or my own energies.

The reason you are met negatively is because you speak matter of factly, you are throwing different labels around to describe the same thing like they are interchangeable, and then in the exact same moment, you begin questioning yourself and proposing a question with the very same material you just stated was absolute.

You say you have seen spirits since you were young and yet you are also claiming that it is what you learned from a mysterious book. (BTW not all literature is true, valuable, or even worth the paper they are printed on.) You are contradicting yourself in the very same breath.

Your imaginary friend-shade-fae-guide-guardian-angel-spirit is enough of a mix to make anyone's mind spin and wonder what the heck you're talking about.

If you want to be taken seriously, you need to either drop the labels or pick one.

Although angels within some cultures and religions has been so overused and watered down that it can be practically synonymous with the word "spirit", it doesn't mean it should be. Guides and guardians are also very different in the way they work with an individual. Shades (spirits of the dead) are usually limited to who they were until they move on, ascend, etc.

Nature spirits, otherwise known in some cultures as fae, are known to be tricksters, shapeshifters, and love appearing like children.

What also likes to shapeshift and seem otherwise convoluted in form and function are thoughtforms, which are, in essence, imaginary friends. They are formed from the thoughts and emotions, dreams, desires, and nightmares of their maker. And they can be anything you want them to be. They are "real" in the sense that they exist. But they are not organic spirits. They are also known as tulpas.

Not to say anything bad about your imaginary friend-shade-fae-guide-guardian-angel-spirit, but until the facts are straightened, I would advise against trusting it.

I suggest not getting into a fight with, Hadit. She listed valid points, just saying.

1 : Don't believe everything you have ever read in a book, or are reading. Simple!

While knowledge is easily gained. You must be able in magic, or any religion such as : (Wicca, Norse paganism, Catholic, ect) or any traditions, you must be able to understand true facts, legends, and personal theories.

Such as the bible, for example. It wasn't actually written when, Jesus was alive. The people who wrote it, honestly weren't born for another couple of years, 100-1000, i'm saying.

You must be able to reflect on someone's words, and veiws. So therefore, in my opinion? Experience creates more, ''knowledge''.

It cut me off, so here is another post.

2: Why name them?

You're claiming to be someone your not, and how? Hmm well your creating several back stories just based on forum posts. Silly, right?

You name this thing fairie, then spirit, heck you may even say demon next.

But if you don't really know what it is, no offense and, all. Then don't bother with this forum. Or at least pick a name, and valid story.

You're claimig you've seen things from younger ages, but then you sprawl a book stating, ''i use it to study'' or, ''it teaches me how to, see'' and stuff.

Again, don't believe everything with a publisher or paper in pen, in anything.
