Is there a spell that makes something written on a piece of paper reality?
For example, lets say I wanted to go a certain place tomorrow.
is there a spell that enables this to happen by writing it down?

It is true that there are spells that can manifest your will by writing them down. Like any spell, you have to be mindful of not putting too many restrictions on it (which is unreasonable) like a really specific time or outcome; you also have to be mindful that even legitimate spells won't work 100% all the time.
