Einherjar are not "magical being that is the reanimated soul of a Viking warrior who has been deemed worthy by Odin. They resemble bodiless suits of armor or phantoms in Viking attire. They are always armed."
yes i fully understand now id rather disturb a soul in hell then a brave warrior who fought and earned passage to valhalla but what i was wondering was the posibility to actually see one (if they ever come to midgard of course)
Regardless of deeds in life, you should respect the dead when you acknowledge or work with them rather than binding them to you or "bothering" them.
Also, Ragnarok is not a literal, physical event. Even if it was, the Einherjar don't fight in Midgard, they fight in Vidblain along with the Aesir, Jotnar, and the dead of Helheim.
yes you are right i dont know how i could even consider disturbing them in such a way and thats something i didnt know btw. i am asatru but i dont know much about its lore my belief in odin came in a different manner rather then research so you must understand my confusion in the beginning of this thread (and foolishness)
The dead are often left to rest. Even within traditional necromancy, seeking answers from the dead frequently requires an offering of some sort.
Contrary to popular thought, the elaborate rituals of magic in traditional works that involve the dead, angels, demons, etc. are not so much to force them to work for you--though, many traditions describe it explicitly as this. The ritual is as much a sign of respect as anything. The elaborate ritual speaks of the effort that one goes through for that particular spirit, resulting in them being somewhat favorable.
Beyond this, protective circles and the like offer some protection, but the actual process of creating them strengthens you mentally. The process mentally prepares you for the strains of dealing with such beings, assuming you are capable of interacting with them at all (Most aren't. Even many well-experienced ceremonial magicians report results as more speculation than anything. They do not "see" spirits or anything within their evocations. Tradition holds that to do such you must be a seer, or involve a seer within your work).
Very few people among those who claim to be able to are actually capable of forcing any spirit to their will against the spirit's will. There is far more to it than most imagine. Indeed, most of it is just that, imagination. Trying to bind an Einherjar, or anything form hell as you mention, would be somewhat ill-advised.
There's plenty of lore to be found by asking for it and I'm glad that you realize your mistake. I'd rather have people grow than to be written off and have to find their own (usually longer) way.
