Thoughts of Holidays

Here are a few thoughts I had in regarding the different holidays regarding different faiths and paths. I have done miniscule research, but I'm looking I guess for a discussion perhaps? I thought of a few things and I have came up with a general break down of the times of years in correspondence with the holidays that I am familiar with.

The period of Spring to early Summer would be The Season of Rebirth and Life.

The period of Summer to mid-Fall would be the Season of Harvest.

The period of late-Fall to very early Spring would be the Season of Giving and Cleansing.

Once more these are just some of my contemplations with my limited knowledge, what are your thoughts?

I think these periods are often thought of as that. The different seasons are looked at as being differen stages of life.

• Birth
• Midlife (Harvest)
• Death

You should include the holidays during each period noted.

They have different festivals that celebrate these seasons it could help you learn about them.

I would like to learn about them if anybody can share their festivals?
