What does ki feel like??
I don't know what I'm doing because I've never used ki before

Your spirit animal is not something that requires summoning. It will come to you as need be. You may encounter it in dreams or in meditations. Or you may suddenly find that a specific animal begins making appearances to you on a regular basis. One way to encourage an encounter with your spirit animal is to fix the thought in your head that you wish to encounter them before beginning your meditation. Then pay attention to the animals that appear as you meditate. Your spirit animal may not be the first you encounter, but if a particular animal appears three times or more then it is likely that is the animal that chooses to work with you.

Well another ground is to imagine your a tree, and to feel your body cord going into the ground, each breath push your roots down more.

If you wonder what ki looks like, or feels, it's hard to explain. Everyone is different, so ki would all feel different.

KI to me feels like a tingling sensation in my hands that makes them heavy

After reading this, I tried gathering KI and it felt like liquid... it was weird, I don't know if it was real thing or just my imagination...

...actually, you have to wait until the spirit comes TO YOU first. You can't just summon things that're beyond your control. Spirits are not your servants, they don't need you, not at all and it can only be summoned in special occasion, such as rituals. Summoning spirits for your own convenience is an abuse and spirits don't like that.

well actually, Spirits are there for you. for protection and guidance and whatever else you may need them for. you can call on them anytime you want to. I wouldn't say they are your servants, but they are definitely there for you when you need them. they call to you, you can call to them. Especially animal spirits. I cant say the same for other spirits. animal spirits are there whenever you need them and they are always around you. you can research animal symbolism to research their meaning and how they incoorperate theirselves into your life. that's what I used to do. I used to have dragonflys running into my window headfirst to get me to go outside and play in nature. spirit animals call to you in many different ways. you don't have to be special. they love everyone.

my ki feals hot and magnetic
