nice rules, but dont be worried. i think its a bit much. you can use family or friends. who else would you call? its also ok, because its safe, just take precaution. like you wouldn't go up to a lion. if you want to see a lion go to a zoo. its similar.

precaution is key, and also it helps you meet "good" spirits. (positive, benevolent, or just wants to chat) because the fact that you prepared shows the negative ones youre serious. they tend to leave you alone like that. (from my first lesson. ive never had a problem)
