Is astral projection real

From my experience... there are different "levels" of astral projections. In a first or basic level you can see the world as you would see it in a "normal" state of consciousness. However, it is possible that you can see aswell disembodied entities... which in fact are allways around.
On higher levels, you can even get to see the fabric that weaves everything.

how does one get to the seperate levels

Astral projection is 100% real! But it is really hard to do it, so you have to meditate and try it a lot of times and practice it until you can really do it! It is very hard to astral project.

can you eventually access the astral world instantly

No, every time you want to Astral Project, it takes time. In time, if you get better with it through practicing, it might take less, but that is still quite some time:) You cannot do it instantly!
