If you're looking for books specifically on Wicca then the titles suggested by Hedgewitch don't apply. It's not that they aren't reasonably good books, but they aren't books about Wicca.
I would second the recommendation for Thea Sabin's book, Wicca. Or you might try Wicca: a Year and a Day by Timothy Roderick.

Oh no, not Silver Ravenwolf. Frankly her books are full of poor information and just plain fluff. In addition, she has repeatedly misled others about her own initiatory lineage. I would not personally ever recommend any of her books. There is an excellent article about why she is not respected by the Wiccan community at http://wicca.cnbeyer.com/continuing-anger-over-silver-ravenwolf/

(Sorry for the late response) I learnt about Wicca from Soraya Book of Spells. There's not much information about the belief itself, however it does have many basics and many good spells. I found it a very good way to start my tudies.

You want to learn about Wicca? Why not go to the roots? Gerald Gardner, Doreen Valiente; Alex Sanders.
