Yh that be great . An bulking up just doesnt work I was in the royal artillary liftin heavy shells all day didnt gain nothing must be just my build but getting fed up of it now

Learn the basics then work on writing and casting. For courage I always burn the candle and incense associated with them to appease the spirits.

Sorry, but there is no spell that is going to give you bigger muscles, bulk you up, or give you additional strength. Magic works in far more subtle ways than that. You are correct that it is likely your genetic makeup that is determining the shape of your body, especially if your work in the Royal Artillery didn't make any difference.

Plus makes friends with bigger people. I no longer care if I am attacked. If I lose I have friends who are bigger than my attackers to bring me justice. There is always a bigger fish. :-)

Not that I am promoting violence but if they are bullying you then someone should put them in their place. :-)

Its not size im lookin for just strength ive seen some spells on ere but not quite sure im ready to take them on yet

Spells that offer super human strength are false. As Lark pointed out there are no spells to make you physically stronger. You can learn spellcasting and cast invisibility spell but it wont make you transparent or see through. Its a glamour spell to make you less noticable and thus less a target. Also blessings and protection spells but they are deterants nothing more. As I said before I used to get beat up a lot. Magic can only do so much. It is not like the movies at all. :-)
