is there any spell or ritual that can stop this and make me my old self again and maybe ensure it never happens again?

men have hormonal responses. the key hormone for men is testosterone.

men receive shots of testosterone throughout the day, based upon diet and level of exercise you can get more T or less.

Typically, the heaviest dose of T that you receive happens during your second REM stage of your sleep cycle. The time can vary based on your lseep habits. Weightlifters wake themselves up at this time and take additional protein to take advantage of this hormonal surge.

The effect of this high dose of T can be erotic dreams, nocturnal emission and an erection, referred to as "morning wood." Its natural, its healthy so don't feel uncomfortable about it. Sex drive in healthy males can affect your ability to focus as physiologically your body is spurring you on to reproduce.

youre ok.

Listen to your mother, your going through adolescence, which can feel like a curse, but it isn't. Adolescence can last until as old as 25. Your body will continue to produce T regularily with a decline in your mid to latter 40's. Though with proper diet and exercise this can be maintained indefinitely.

Good Luck!

The Kyballion is a magical text that is generally considered important reading by anyone seeking to truly understand magic. You can read the chapter on the Law of Rhythm in the Kyballion at http://www.sacred-texts.com/eso/kyb/kyb13.htm

And of course you have fluctuating hormones even though you're a male. Maturing males have the same sort of hormonal swings as are present in maturing females. If you don't believe any of us here try this article from Harvard Health: http://www.health.harvard.edu/blog-extra/the-adolescent-brain-beyond-raging-hormones

It appears that you have already made up your mind about what is going on, no matter that a number of experienced practitioners have told you what is far more likely. That's OK, you can believe whatever you want to. But please don't get testy with those who don't agree with you.

You do seem to dislike the very reasonable and rational answers you keep getting that are in agreement with your mothers assessment, but this is one of those instances when you should listen to the advice of older more experienced people. You are going through a very tough and significant developmental time in your life. Life gets pretty crazy sometimes with all those hormones racing about, and dont say you dont have them because youre a male...its called testerone, try paying attention in biology and health classes, or ask your pediatrician, they can explain in great detail the changes you are going through at this time.

Look dude, it happens to all guys when we hit puberty, we start thinking about sex, and everything else doesn't matter anymore

You said the same thing happened to your elder brother, yes, because that's normal, it's what is supposed to happen

I brought up the Law of Rhythm, because it's vital to understand the Rhythm of the human body, as well as the rhythm of life, sometimes you need to relax and think of normal stuff, like sex, booze, parties, girls, guys, food, videogames, etc. Remember, as above so below (Tabula Smaragdina), as within, so without.

just relax and enjoy the hormonal ride

If the same thing happened to your brother, talk to him about his dream. See if they are the same. If they are, especially what the person/people you were with in the dream, then it could be more than a dream. Does he still have the problems you are having? Have they gotten better or worse? How long has it been going on? When did it start? Do you feel like you need to sleep more? Have you lost interest in things and people that are/were important to you? If something is going on and you want help you need to give more than just hints, you need to include the whole story. What are the specifics that make you believe you are cursed? Most of all trust your instincts. Your soul will know what is going on even if you don't consciously know.

it's most likely your hormones because dreams of this nature are very common for boys in their teens. [sometimes older if you're not getting enough release so to speak. it's the same if you dream about being in love, you're not feeling enough love when you're awake.]

if your brother had the exact same dream, same woman, same location, same time, same everything, then i would raise an eyebrow, but it's probably just hormones. if you're worried, do a cleansing, make a protection charm, and maybe have some lavender tea before bed so you sleep sound.
