So in the book of Enoch it states that around 3,000 B.C. the watcher were locked up for 70 generations. The bible says a generation is 70 years. So they would have been released around 1900 when we started making huge advances, especially in war, which is what they taught us. Is it possible that they started making wives of the women of Earth again?

I cannot conclusively say yes or no, especially since I have not read the Book of Enoch. What I do know (as a student of economics, sociology, and political science) is that there are a great deal of mundane, human-centric reasons as to why our society, technology, and culture have advanced over the past century. Personally, I see little reason to wonder whether the source of this advancement was divine or non-human in origin since it is something that has benefitted us all and changed us for the better. Statistically, we are living in the most peaceful time in human history. Historically, the number of deaths in armed conflict has steadily gone down with time, even in examples like Imperialism compared to tribal warfare (I defend neither, I merely state what I have learned in my studies).
