Thank you for sharing thor. Every morning i put on a pot with a pinch of salt for banishing, sage for protection, and rosemary for awareness and let all the water boil out, filling every corner of my house with the steamy aroma. I have a spray bottle that i filter the potion into when it is empty that i use to cleanse my area after i have worked by spraying in the corners, widershins or counterclockwise for banishing and around the windows and doors, deosil or clockwise, for protection. ~blessed be~

That is an excellent way to keep positive energy flowing and make ones living area and sacred place very pleasant!

well i am not christian, i belong to indian culture, as far as praying to God means, i believe God is one for all, just that we have name it.
i started my jar yesterday, till now no signs, i'll keep working on it.
one question, can i carry my jar with me all the time, as i fear of leaving it at home. if i can't i'll keep it at home hidden somewhere.

I havnt felt any side effects from honey jar work. Sounds like maybe a spirit or your diety tried to make contact with you. I would meditate on it. You can carry the jar with you... But i would be careful not to become more attached to the jar than your intended. I think its a fine line. I have to leave mine out in the open where they are visible and its not so much of a shaking the jar as rolling it around and sort of dancing with it while chanting my intent 3 or 4 times a day or else you can bet on an argument.

There's no reason to carry your jar with you.

It stays at your chosen spot, encased by the wax of your candle-work. Which you should be doing, three times a week.

If you would like to take something with you, create a mojo bag, and pin it to the inside of your pants.

Please feel free to ask me, your questions.

Burning a candle on the jar three times a week isn't a mandatory part of a honey jar. It's a personal choice.

I only put a candle on any jar work I do if I intend to read the wax.

Keep in mind that if you use honey, expect the work to move slow as honey moves slowly (and sometimes not at all).

Some jar work you do carry with you, medicine bottles for instance. They are intended to carry around with you, so when you see your target you can pray and shake the bottle in a coat pocket.
