ContentOne: OK, but how can I "relax my mind" getting that up with 3 family members living here? Rarely ever alone long enough, only time I could is when I fall asleep.

That's when I meditate

ContentOne: So how should I do that? Just try to clean my head or imagine myself in warm sand or imagine a warm light entering my toes filling my body up? (Got those from the 7 free lessons on summoning a Succubus that didn't work so well)

Focus on individual areas of the body (toes, feet, calves and shinns, etc.) a little at a time and relax them. Move up the body to the top of your head. Then count backwards from ninety. Don't try not to think just don't focus on the thoughts you have. Then when you finish count down from thirty.
That should put you in a good state

Curious post so I had to throw in my two cents here. When someone wants you to relax your mind all they want is to know if you understand meditation or how to focus your thoughts. I believe they may think you are too untrained to continue with the medium you've chosen or don't have patience to teach you how. It's simple. Visualisation skills are required if you cannot use items. If not then you will not be able to summon a hiccup much less an enitiy from another realm. Beings require that you know certain skills to help sontact or summoning. So learn to meditate first then use that to start learning how to focus your thoughts and intentions. You mind by the way is not a muscle so it doesn't necessarily follow thatt it will do as you wish. This is not a problem just requires practice to get to a place where you are in control of the process, not evey single thought, per se. That isn't possible. If I am making any sense to you at all feel free to email me. I'll try to direct you to further resources if you desire them.

eyes closed, but try and shut them. I have placed a 'blindfold' on before so I didn't have to worry about it.

Theneva: OK but I don't know your email so have to message me it. XD

ContentOne: Would my covers do the same as a blindford?

I try not to cover my nose as it can become a distraction later, but if you make it work sure
