It took two hours to learn the method
Well focus on persons third eye, that is their forehead
You will feel that color

When someone talks to me for selfish reasons i feel like black aura is coming from them

Then i close my arms during conversation, as if i am not buying any of that! Keep talking... I dont believe

It took me maybe a minute or so, then again I've been able to see them my whole life I think. Right now, I can identify them within ten seconds or so.

Well silverwind if your third eye is open you can see auras effortlessly

But my experience with 3rd eye was scary as I started getting headaches and flashes of light, I backed off!
I'm one of those who dont meditate so that their third eye doesnt open or trouble :P

More balanced your own chakras are... more chances of seeing Auras :)

Youtube how to open chakras, start with root chakra please! And once they start balancing you will automatically start getting intuitions and everything!

Be cery careful with Heart chakra and thirs eye

While 3rd eye will give you headache and weird visions

Heart chakra opening will make you cry and bring out all suppressed feelings...for few days you will be sad and stuff... then it will be alright and you will be 'balanced'
But for me those 2-3 days were very harsh :/

There are some books that can help you learn how to see auras. Also using magic eye 3d pictures can help a lot too. Everyone can naturally see auras when they are young, before we are taught by out culture on how to see. Kids ignore the aura most of the time ether because their parents say they are only imagining it or that there is something wrong with them, or sometimes just do it by themselves. Anyone can relearn how to see them with some dedication. It does involve using the third eye. There are actually two ways to see auras. One involves using purely the third eye, in which you see the aura only through the mind's eye and not actually through your regular ones, and the other method involves using all three eyes in which you can learn to see the aura around the person, which is what most people use. Depending on how dedicated you are to learning and practicing will define how long it takes you to see auras. Some people can learn very quickly in a matter of days or weeks while others it can take months or even years to learn. It all depends on the amount of practice you put into it.

I thought my child to see them by using a book on the table and having her not adjust her eyes. She was able to see a band at first then as she practiced with other things, began to see more. If you kind of stare at a book you will be able to see the light around it and gradually be able to see it in plants. I would stick to still objects.
