I think I am one of the few people who does meditation differently. I personally take a staff (in most cases a screw on broom handle) and practice my balance and fighting with it. It's a good way to clear your mind of any violent thoughts. Afterword, I do some thoughtful contemplation as my heart rate drops.

I listen to meditation music on youtube. And I relax and sit on my blanket and begin to try to clear my mind from everything, and of my stress.
