Yes, dragon magick is real, but it is not for everyone. By saying that I mean that a short amount of people can do it. Yes dragons exist(spiritualy).

Silvermist, the Dragon Egg spell is in the Fantasy section for a reason, it is fictional and it will never work. You would have done better to read the other posts in this thread telling you just that. Dragons do not exist here in the physical realm and no spell is going to bring you a dragon egg or hatch one out here. This isn't like Game of Thrones.

it amazes me how the forums here are a reflection of current trends in the media.

when Disney or hbo or amc comes out with fantasy related media, movie, television etc it gets reflected here.

I guess on the positive side it means that people get turned on to looking for answers about what magic really is

but then I wonder how many people turn away when they realize they cant cast spells based on cartoons, fantasy movies, and novels.

I think that it appeals to those who lack control in their lives. Having imaginary favor with a dragon seems very powerful. False bravado. Could you imagine? We would be bbq. Careful what you wish for, i always say. Although i dont see any harm with a little imagination. I think everyone pretty much outgrows it eventualy. Maybe not.
