Yes they are real :'D If you want to enhance them maybe make some dandelion root tea or for prophetic dreams, drink rosebud tea before bed. Or you can use a crystal like amethyst to increase, there are many different ways.

Most people dismiss the idea and believe anything that defies physics is impossible, however others claim they do kinesis. It's mixed really, however I'll believe I when I see it. :P

Kinesis in terms of your mind controlling things outside of your body is not real. Thaumaturgy, the practice of affecting what is outside of the self through will and energy, is real. However, the latter practice is not 'control'.

Kinesis is assumed to not be real since few, if any, have ever observed it and even if it can be done it would be incredibly difficult and impractical. I think it's possible, but I don't know how and don't think there's no real reason to.

I personally believe, all humans have more senses than are universally agreed, scientifically speaking. We are suppose to have the senses of taste, touch, smell, sight, balance, etc.
Humans are also an evolved species, but like all animals, or maybe even flora and fauna, we have naturally endowed abilities that are in our DNA, that guide us. For instance, fish know to school, which direction to travel to migrate, to return to spawn sites, birds know to fly south or north.
Animals are often credited with ability to know when natural disasters, like tornadoes, hurricanes, earth quakes are coming.
Humans also have the ability to sense things. I can say, I have been in situations, where someone was trying to get me to cooperate, and I knew something was wrong, felt like objecting and didn't for whatever reason, though my senses were telling me. I would describe it as a "gut feeling," like butterflies in the stomach. When I ignore that feeling, I ALWAYS pay the price. That is intuition speaking.
We are forced by modern society, technology, culture and convention to conform, and I believe that causes such skills to atrophy, like an appendix, become almost dead.
You can test yourself for some of these skills, and practice at them. Practice, makes you better at any skill. Like some of us can sing better, swim better, some are more perceptive, more intuitive, have more empathy.
