Immortality and long life

Even mother earth is not immortal!

Well actually it's not impossible to become immortal, you just have to look at things in a different perspective, it's what you believe that makes a difference.

Well you can't really extend it with magic, but you know what they say. Live healthy, live long. Keep in shape eat right and all that. But remember this is not gonna keep you going forever and doesn't mean you will live beyond 100 or anything like that. There are also many examples of unhealthy people living for much longer than many people thought they aught. As has already been said, nothing physical last forever. Everything has its time. The trees, the earth, the sun. Remember to enjoy your time on this space rock and appreciate the things around you.

Kyris, as I said before, your physical body cannot become immortal. As the Vikings used to say "Only word-fame is eternal". So some who make a significant amount of fame live on in memory. Take Achilles in Homer's Odyssey. He died nearly 3500 years ago, yet today we still remember his name and know who he was. That's as close to immortal as a human ever gets.

I believe our spirit, soul is immortal. But one day we all die and leave our psychical form.
You can extend it by not smoking, taking drugs, drinking excessively and by eating healthy.
I personally don't see the point in that... Live your life while you have it without restricting yourself.
There are people who stopped doing certain things longer and they died because of accidents.
You can't really STOP those accidents. I mean you can decrease the possibility of them happening, but you can't stop them.
