What is Wicca

Lark's post is correct. Wicca has changed so much over the years that Gerald Gardner wouldn't recognise it! But quite a few of the original founders of Wicca are still alive. Patricia Crowther and Maxine Sanders, to name but two!

Ok um any recommended books for helping me learn (that aren't over 100 bucks)

Perhaps you meant the book "Green Witchcraft"? "Green Witchcraft" was written by Ann Moura and is about one form of witchcraft, but it is not about Wicca.

It's a common misconception that Wicca and Green Witchcraft are related purely because most Wiccans hold nature sacred and people assume because it says green that it's the same deal

That is a good book but only if you're interested in green witchcaft which isn't a religion in its own right

Is green witchcraft about money?

No, Green Witchcraft is about working closely with the natural world, with herbs, and with the Earth.
