gets easier with practice, but i know what you mean. start by finding a spell and tweaking it a little, you'll know what items should be used in the spell that way.

No it's not hard and it doesn't matter how you write them either, so long as you know your intention.

What is important is the amount of emotion you put into the spell when casting it.

Some spells don't even have words and are just basic actions you do with a purpose in mind.

Spells are energy and intent - anything beyond this is a form, and different people are attracted to or attuned to different forms more than others.
