And eiskora, you are forgetting that all practice comes from lore. The records of people seeing The Seelie Court did they not see them face to face raiding? And how the Hel could it be that the people who were tossed around in the grasp of the sheltelth( Unseelie) court were being tossed around by spirits? That is impossibal for one of the physical plane to be tossed physicaly by spirits- so yes-the Fae ARE physical. Our practices come from facts that were passed down from true believers, and these believers experianced tha Fae physically , did they not? And how may I ask can the Fae eat the food offerings we giveth them if they are of spirit? Yes. They are physical- still the only explanation. And I still am a believer that the Fae are physical. What I said above is an example. And whatever happened to the Wiccan reede? You should be more respectful- I have had a life time of experiances with the Fae. I am NOT on drugs. I mean only good, as my answering inplies. The person who asked on the subject of Fae wants to know truth- faeries arn't spirits or all of that which we are taught in lore, the very sorce of our craft- would not be real and true- infact the real faery faith relies so much on the fact that Fae are physical that our belief in faeries could not exist at all if we believed other wise. You can't efficiently and truly work with the Fae if you don't acknowledge that they ARE physical like you and me.

Eiskora, the original term and real term for what the Second Sight is is the Faery Sight.people with the faery sight were called Seers also known as wise-women, in the old days (as well as now adays ) What you believe must have been told to you wrong or if it was from a published sorce, that person ether got it wrong or was trying to call somthing ,somthing that it isn't.perhaps just to sound extravagant when its not.

Oh yes!If you get strong trust with the faeries they probably would L.O.V.E a cupcake. I have fed them cup cakes before and they loved it so very much, ( one of the times)the next day on the platter I found a pink snapdragon flower. ;)

I still think that all sounds like a really bad acid trip but to each their own

I'd suggest for anyone that wants the best results I'd threat them as spirits as you will be disappointed when it doesn't work the way you thought

If it actually does work the way I know it doesn't then good for you for it happening like you wanted

I know how you feel about your dragon guide. I have two dragon guides and I feel the same way as you. The primary thing they help me with on my life path is transformation of many kinds. One of the dragons shifts his form but most of the time he is a pearly white. The other is leaf green with green eyes with the iris lines being crimson. Her name is Draka When she is in a placid mood though when she is teaching me ways to psychicly and magickly defend Meself, she calls herself Nasstita. When she's playful, Draka Nasstita.;)
She also visits me in other meditations that I am doing and tends to take a form that makes her the size of a cat, lol. I could not live without her.

The other thing is that if you find the cup cake to be untouched, then that means you haven't gotten the Faeries trust enough yet. And for some reason, they love thick bright blue iceing on the cupcakes, especialy if it has a little flower ornamentation on it-^_^-... Bright pink iceing is also favored.

Dragons have always trusted me and my family for generations. My father has a draconic practice 'coven' that is hereditarily kept from first born son to the next, occasionaly daughters are initiated into it. And my mother is also a figure head in the 'coven'. Our draconic rites and rituals have been passed down for many ages, in our family. I have been chosen as a very close friend by the draconians. I am considered very special in my family because of how I seem to be a magnate for both dragon and faeries: both astral walking/ flying Otherkin as well as the physical.^_^. Our coven name Taelararíus.my father's title as the head of our coven is Aelar'Taelaríus

It is Aelar'Taelarius, for his title and Taelarius for our name. For some reason I cannot use the foreign key board on this site, huh.

WiccySanar, you are pulling the same issue I had a problem with before; pushing your beliefs on others.

  • Second sight and seeing are referencing the same things; It means psychic vision (and by extension, the rest of the senses).
  • Women were not the only ones who had these abilities.
  • In Fae practices, it is believed that the Fae, as spirits, eat offerings through animals or through recycling the food into nature, not physically.
  • When you cited that my information was wrong, you mentioned one of the causes was someone trying to make something sound more extravagant than it is. All the while, you state that a Faery King loves you, the dragons chose you to be a good friend of theirs, your parents are leaders of an ancient coven, and that you're special. Sounds rather extravagant to me.
  • I've heard of candies being used as an offering, but I can't imagine something as highly processed as thick frosting to be something nature spirits love. If it works, awesome. It just doesn't seem logical to me.
  • I'm not Wiccan, nor is everyone here Wiccan; please don't quote the Wiccan Rede to me.
  • Don't go claiming that your family stories are facts, especially if you say they come from believers. A fact and a belief are different.
  • It is rather closed minded to say that something could not be a different way than you say it is.

The point of this entire matter is personal belief, yes. Where this has gone way off the point is others trying to shove their beliefs onto other people. This gets everyone no where. People trying to prove other things in their religions were physical is what got a lot of people to not believe in anything at al. Say a newcomer came to you and they formed their beliefs solely on what you said. Eventually, they will start to notice that they can't see these things physically, unless they have a disorder (such as schizophrenia), or they choose to believe there are physical things they cannot physically see.

I wasn't shoving my beliefs on anyone...:). I was just putting out information on this forum that I thought could be helpful to the person who started it;) no harm done. No harm meant.
