Lucid Dream tea
By:
If someone could post up a recipe on here for a tea to help/make me lucid dream that would be awesome. Don't want it to be strong enough to where I hurt myself in my sleep though.

Thanks

I know this post is almost a year old but I thought I would post anyway in case someone is interested. For lucid dreaming and better dreaming in general I suggest mugwort tea. Even better is if you gather it yourself. That gives you the double effect of the plant itself and the fresh air and exercise associated with gathering in the wild. After gathering and cleaning the leaves, I use a French press to make the tea then sweeten just lightly with rose hip syrup. This tastes light like a soft hay and makes me drowsy within twenty minutes or so. Let me know what you think.

I was just told of the Ayahuasca Vine and it is said to work well, but I would look at the link below first as it's poisonous.

I have also heard people state that marijuana works well if it's the pif kind, but it isn't legal in all US States, and some other countries don't allow it so you may want to check out your local laws.

One religious group in the US has been permitted to use mushroom's to induce a "spiritual state" that resembles lucid dreaming and astral, providing the children are 14 or over, but you would have to look it up and see if you would qualify. (Don't quota me on the above paragraph, 14 seems young to me, but I'm pretty sure it was under 18 and why it got my attention.)

I would stick with the mug-wart.

Ive also read about using Bay leaves infused into water. Or you can put the water into a spray bottle and spray your pillows, instead of drinking.

Be careful with what you drink/ingest. Double check.

Ah, my specialty. Combine in a steeper: 1 tspn valarian root, 1 tspn magnesium citrate, 1 tbsp calea zacatechichi, 1 tbsp chamomile flower. Steep in 8 ounces of steaming hot water until it is cooled to luke warm, I suggest you reheat it, it's always better warm. You can sweeten the tea with honey, it's going to be a tad bitter. Set your alarm clock for 5 hours from time of laying down (you can skip this as you become a more advanced dreamer). Drink the tea while in bed, make your room as dark as possible, close your tired eyes, and focus on the colors that come to your mind's eye. Sweet dreams.
