I am sorry Carmen....just because yours doesn't work doesn't mean that it is junk....its just that you are trying to cast a spell without really believing magick even exists... and as you yourself said....You are not positive. I have some news for you: you won't get far in this path|!!

As to tailnose.... thats not how magick works....It doesn't happen immediately...there is no shiny flurries or jiggling to prove that it worked. it takes time. What is magick to you? because to me its the raising and channeling of energy via meditation, willpower, confidence, power of the words, intention ( all the things that require energy to do). it can take 1 hr, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year and even 1 century before it might work. this is depending to the will of the universe. It takes time and what empowers "spells" ( a mean of channeling energy to your will via spoken words and tools that represent what we want to achieve) is faith.

I hope I am not offending anyone here.
Blessed Be!

she has a good point. if you have no belief than you cannot properly channel you energy or for some the ambient energy to accomplish what you wish to accomplish.

Also try a new spell casting structure and see if that helps and see where you went wrong an think positive about it b.b

due to the fact that a spell to manipulate weather is this manner is pure fantasy fiction..."fluff" No faith in magic or skill in the basics is going to change this fact. If you want your spells to be successful you must be sure that you are selecting a valid/plausible spell.
