I saw your mistake and I just had to correct you . NO , you are not a air elemental ..elemtals are devas and are already existing spirits . To claim to be one is like a human claiming to be a ghost ..ironical and silly isn't it ?

Well , to sum up they are existing spirits . Also , I would like to point out that phenomenon you saw was probably not done by you . Anyone who tells you otherwise needs to get their brain fixed .

To summon a physical ghust of wind requires so much energy that it is not possible by any individual . So if one happens , it is not done by the individual but rather a coincidence .

Well , I guess you can do it by channeling power from various divinities and spirits but that is a different case altogether .

There are many probabilities of why it happened ..perhaps you attracted a slyph perhaps..or perhaps it was a coincidence ..but whatever it is , it wasn't you .

And here are some information on elementals listed below ..these are several links ..I am on my phone now so I conviently guided you to a few sites .

I'm pretty sure its just being said hes of the air element? Not an elemental spirit?
In addition, no, he didn't cause the whirlwind, however from a spiritual perspective it can be seen as a form of symbolism.

Also Grenade, maybe check how open your chakras are? Especially the heart and navel. http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakratest.php

Now I have done the test two times. Pretty different results.
First time.

Root: under-active (-6%)
Sacral: open (50%)
Navel: open (19%)
Heart: under-active (-6%)
Throat: over-active (75%)
Third Eye: over-active (69%)
Crown: open (50%)

Second time.

Root: under-active (12%)
Sacral: open (62%)
Navel: under-active (19%)
Heart: open (38%)
Throat: open (62%)
Third Eye: over-active (88%)
Crown: open (50%)

I'm not usually good at answering questionnaires, so I doubt these can be correct at all.

I had the assumption that your heart and navel were out of whack. Maybe do a cleansing of yourself, and see how it feels, it could likely help your lucid dreaming.

A cleansing of your soul, down to the chakras. It can be done through meditation, or additional tools if you wish to use them.

I see..I just wanted to correct you in case you got the wrong idea ^_^

And also , this kinds of online chakra tests should never be taken seriously and should also be taken as a rough guideline at best...and as for the average..they are no accurate reflection on how your chakras are .

I suggest anlyzing and checking your chakra's condition yourself , and not rely on a online test that are inaccurate

Cleansing does not balance your chakras either and neither will it reflect your chakra's condition .

Look into balancing them too ^_^
