Relax. You have nothing to fear. Spirits have a personality like you. Think of a person but no body. Unless you feel it's evil, or if you think it's trying to harm you, that's when you ask it to go. For all you know it could be a good ghost (A spirit of a dead person who is attached to this earth) wanting help. However, if you really do not want it there, ask it POLITELY to leave.

Calm down. The spirit will go when it chooses. You can't force it to leave but you can try talking to it. :)

What all of the previous posters said was true, may i suggest burning some white sage? it leaves a good positive energy and banishes the negativities in your room. I love to burn it in my room, and don't fear the spirit unless you really feel like it's going to harm you. if you need help you can mail me :)

Dnt panic, your highly sensitive jst like me. Communicate tell the spirit person your a friend & not wanting to do any harm or course any disrespect. If you feel this is negative then do a sage smudging, bless the room. I don't feel the spirit is negative not at all!! I'm a seer so sense things when I speak to people it's not a negative spirit. I feel This is a girl she's confused cus she does not know she's past & wants to know what your doing in her room? That's it please just tell her that you respect her & mean no disrespect. It's her space also. Like the other comment without our shell we are spirits also she is a person just like you but has no body. If you get anything negative then use sage or/ holy water to banish negative spirits.

i would say you have a spirit there but i would not over freak about it because spirits do not care about us they can easily hurt or kill anyone they desire so what i would do is light a white candle in your room and chant "spirit be gone you are no longer welcome here" and leave your room for about an hour with the candle lit then bow it out after the hour. i hope this helps write me back!

Well if you want to rid a spirit either search here and get a banishing spell made for banashing evil spirits or make one up I recommend using your own cause its more powerful and likely to work also suggest using a candle

In my opinion, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. If you think and or feel there is a spirit in your room, then there is. I tell my husband all the time we have spirits in our house and even though he believes in spirits/ghosts ect. he still looks at me like I'm crazy, but I KNOW they are here. When they are touching me or are getting too close for comfort I tell them as nice as I can but firmly that I don't want them in the room right now, or touching me or whatever, and they leave me alone.

If you don't want them there at all, tell them nicely but firmly that this is your room now and they have to leave. Spirits feed off of energy, doesn't matter what kind, so if you are giving out lets say fear ect, their energy becomes stronger. That may be why you feel the spirit especially at night.

as always this is just my opinion, and you must do what feels right and best for you. :)
