I can also do this and have recently been seeing them more physically, but only out of the corner of my eyes. just keep with it and it will become stronger.
My third eye allows me hear,feel and see beings that seem to be dead or energies i cant see auras but i can do dream interpretations and have visions in my sleep i also do tarot card readings all have come true so far kind of freaky
I also will see spirits/ visions with my "third eye". Although I used to be able to see them very clearly with my regular eyes, but now that I am losing my vision I no longer can see them. I hear them a lot better and I even will hear things that many others don't hear. Like the electricity buzzing in a lamp when you turn it on, or those little things that spook a cat. Often times I will not see it but I will hear it or sense it.
Opening your third eye also helps seeing spirits/ghosts easier. I see them as if they are physical people and other times I see them as flashes, orbs, and shades. I think I have also experiences some images in my minds eyes like you have explained.
It sounds like you have a true psychic gift and if you pracitce on honing it and using it where you want it you could block out potentially bad spirits or already bad spirits before they even have a chance to home in on you and take their tole on your mind and body. While you have a greater chance of having a psychic attack or spectral attack, you also have a great advantage over others in spell casting since you are more connected to the unconcious mind in your brain. These spectral attacks could be from demons or hungry spirits that seem to have no end to their attacks, there are also people out their that(most of the time) unknowingly attack others pyschic mind, then there are those that purpously attack other people just to see them suffer. So don't waste this gift that many would kill for to have(not litteraly) and make the best of it in any way that you see fit and remember to make sheilds for yourself(mentally) so that others may not enter your mind and mess around with it.
It's not remote viewing, that's seeing something without being there. I experience the exact same thing as you Scorpio. I can also see auras and spirits. I wasn't aware that this was just the first stage, it hasn't changed for me in years. Then again, my spiritual development is all over the place, sometimes I even forget I can do magick.
