In theory you can swap bodies.If you both make Astral/Etheric projection and then you Astral/Etheric bodies enter to one another's physical bodies.Though,I'm not sure whether it is the Astral or Etheric projection you must use.I think it must be Etheric.
One thing to understand is that not everything we want to do is possible...even with magic.
Swapping bodies is one of those things that we aren't able to do, no matter how much we might like to. Perhaps a better approach might be some sort of affirmative magic to help you like your own body better. Why don't you bring this up in your coven where we could talk about it more.
ok, i am am not saying you are wrong or right. But if you consider lucid dreaming, or astral projection it could be possible. in my theory/hypothesis: you enter a realm of astral projection/lucid dreaming state, you then project your self to the person you want to swap with. You then create a bond/connection with their body to yours. you then detach your astral-self from your body, and rea-tach your astral soul to the persons body you want to swap with. In turn kicking them out of their body, and putting them in your body. And to reverse it you just do the opposite. Like i said, i can not tell you if i am right or wrong, but my theory on the matter is, its possible. I my self have gotten very close to astral projection/ lucid dreaming, but on the other hand i do have a gift of knowing things that just come to me, this in turn being one of those things. So if you want to try or practice this, i cannot tell you it will work, and i have no clue of how safe you are to be doing this. I would think you would retain all of you knowledge, due too your astral self being like a duplicate memory bank. I have in the past have heard that you can actually get lost in the astral realm. But if you really want to do it here is an idea for you. As long as you believe anything is possible. Have fun and good luck.
