we all have inner demons. And i have a few like that who when in control can make you strong. You have two major choices. 1. Embrace the darkness because it is calling you or 2. Find a way to banish it. I personally say embrace it it is part of you

Headaches can be caused by stress, allergies, hormones, etc. If it's over/around one eye and the eye goes bloodshot sometimes, it's cluster headaches. If the pain is accompanied by a feeling of physical pressure (like something pushing on your face) it's sinus pressure from allergies or a sinus infection (some have chronic sinus infections). If you feel tightness along your neck and shoulders, it's a tension headache (stress induced).

Many people who suffer from chronic headaches are deficient of magnesium in their diet. Try increasing the foods you eat with magnesium and see if your headaches don't go away. There are other vitamin and mineral deficiencies that can cause headache as well, but the most common is magnesium. If increasing your magnesium doesn't help, research other deficiencies and see which includes headaches and may even include other symptoms you may not be aware isn't normal.

I suggest learning some simple accupressure you can do yourself to relieve your headaches. One such point is the fleshy part between the thumb and index finger. You should press it firmly for 20 seconds. Another is your ears, rubbing and pressing on your ear lobs and pulling at your ears gently in all directions around the rim relaxes you and stimulates your mind. The other less commonly known pressure points are at the base of your skull. If you look down and feel the back of your neck their are two indents on either side of your spine at the base of your skull. Pressing these at the same time in a circular motion with gentle deep breathing relieves most headaches. You can look them up if my descriptions were not good enough.

I agree, the beast is most likely apart of you. They aren't called inner demons for nothing. They are usually a manifestation of our fears, guilt, or trauma in the past we have not dealt with properly.

Try asking questions during these visions. Sometimes repetitive visions will change slightly to answer our inquiries if we focus on them well. Keep note of the tiniest changes. They could be clues.
