I'd suggest banishings in her home as well. Performing regular banishings/cleansings is just good magical housekeeping and will not only help get rid of these beings (or whatever the heck they are) but it'll help clear out negative energy brought by them and generated by her own fear and discomfort from them.
I suggest the LBRP, but you can totally use some other banishing or cleansing if that's more of your/her style.
On the flip side to the previous posts if she does not feel threatened by them or they do not seem to have a malevolent intent then why banish them. I would think spirits or if you will the echo of someone who was there before. Have they tried to communicate? Has she?
Dillon has a good point. There are plenty of beneficial or neutral spirits out there and their hanging around could be something as innocent as curiosity. Since you really only need to banish beneficial spirits when you want to perform a magical working (so you can have balanced space not influenced by their energy) she could leave them be if they are, in fact, harmless.
And unless she's been doing worse in some way (less energy, sick more often, angrier, bad luck, etc.) she can just leave them be if she wants. Once you get over the weirdness factor having spirits that hang around you or live in your home is kind of enjoyable.
Thank you all for your help. Can they figures/shadow people/spirits make physical contact with her or her things. Her room is in the basement of her parents house. Her mom for health reason can't really go down the stairs. So she doesn't go in her room. Her dad respects her and does not go in her room. Basically the only ones that enter her room is her and her cat. She also explained to me that sometime some of her things would be completely moved or missing. Can these figures do that? Another thing, if they are harmful. Besides bad luck and depression, what else can they do to her or cast upon her?
Since her things are being moved or taken they seem to be mischeivious in nature. I don't believe any physical harm could result but the ability of the spirit as I understand it depends largly on it's strength. Again a warding or even a circle or such will protect her for the most part. At some point they may just lose interest and move on.
Shadow people as you call then i cakk them shadow beings any who there like any other spiritual being most of them are ok unless you tick them off as for stuff missing i would say clean up not saying its massy but you would be surprised at what you find when you do like a spring cleaning neaning clean every thing and move stuff so u can clean under and behind stuff
My daughter sees ghosts all the time in fact it is part of our every day life. She always sees shadowy figures and people standing at the end of her bed. She is now 16. I attribute it to her being Pisces she is much more sensitive and intuitive than others. No one else has seen any ghostly figures in our house except on one or two occasions a black cat which i saw and my husband also once saw a small ghostly animal which he couldn't identify. I've never had a sense of my house being haunted, some stuff you just can't explain.

Alot yes shadow figures popin up is just the beggining and yes they can get physical ive had one hold me down when i tried to get up from bed i had to yell to my older cousin to help me i was young it let me go and i wasnt hurt i guess some spirits just want to be noticed.. Maybe it was someone related to me that had passed i think it might have took control of my body for a sec to maybe speak it was a long time ago and no one wanted to talk about it and i havent been to my cuzs since... As yet none of the shadowy figures have ever got physical, like RoryStryker said they are just visible out of the corner of her eyes. The only time one ever appeared in detail (to my knowledge) was a teenage boy standing at the end of her bed when she woke one morning, but he hasn't returned.
