Help -- Love Spell.

usually, so they say, teenagers.
in my country, children under 21 are not allowed to practice magic, because they are stupid, morally mature, have no higher education and have no life experience. witches and teachers may be only 30 years old.
In my country, all the witches are 2-3 degrees, and some also have academic degrees. and another (say in secret), If in my country, in intrnete or somewhere in life, a boy 12-18 years old say that he (she) witch (warlock), mage. And the people razbirut the bodies! it is people do not survive for more than one year, he (she) becomes sick oncology, or other incurable disease. because these teenagers are stupid disgracing other magicians. To be a magician should be long long long time to learn.
then tell me. where the witch will take the money for the ingredients for a magical ritual? Where can I get money? because the ingredients will not give anyone free of charge. And why should I spend my money on ingredients for strangers to me people?
As a witch to compensate the time and energy that it gives the customer for free??

If you believe i am being immature, then that is your opinion. If you don't like how teenagers are practicing magick, then i am sorry to say this, but there is nothing you, nor i, can do about it :/

PS: There is an actual law prohibiting minors (persons under 21 years of age) from practicing any form of formal religion (and the rituals that entail)?

PSS: English is more about the tone of voice of the speaker. I have russian friends of whom's second language is english, and when they were first starting to speak it, they were extremely rude. It wasn't that they were saying rude things, it was just the tone of voice in which they were speaking.

teenagers in my country, too, learn magic, but they openly about it never shout. much less have a magical services. On the Russian forum of magic is forbidden to register for a teenager. If the moderators discover that the user at least 18 years old - he will "BAN" forever! (The Americans called it "a gag in his mouth." If I remember correctly)
Teens can not be held responsible for his magical work. because for them the responsibility of the parents. If a teenager makes a love for someone to spell and nothing happens, who will be responsible for it? who? And if someone asks a witch or sorcerer uneducated teenage make love spell, and the result will be the reverse? Instead of love spell will still blshee distancing favorite guy (or girl). with someone else's life can not play. These witches and wizards are responsible for the work they do!
I am not here to be rude. If a novice or young person asks me about the basics of magic and ask to clarify one point. I always help you and do not refuse.
If I or another experienced magician will not tell them the basics, these teens do something silly and can do a lot of trouble.
Therefore, in your country all the way adults relate to the serious magic. because what they see as a "conjure teenagers." They had seen Harry Poterr and Sailor Moon. If the witch in my country say that looks Sailor Moon, all peopls will laugh at her. because of this witch's no time for any nonsense. witch should only deal with witchcraft and nothing more.! Meditation, working hours due to power every day for a few rituals, to accumulate power, improve your magic skills, rites at the cemetery, long positions without eating (up to 2 weeks) and to help people who come to her for help. this is our law.

P.S.: Witches do NEVER take money for spells! Are you insane? A true witch cannot be "bribed" into performing magick! Shame on you!!!

actually my reiki master (who attuned me to the two levels of reiki) told us that we should take something in exchange for our service.. why? because if you do it for free, your clients will "unconsciously" create guilt for themselves about what you did to them.. and this guilt will then block reiki..

also, basil crouch noted in his grimoire "book of the witch moon" that if a person wants to be helped by a witch, he/she must be prepare something in return..

and for scratchy- from what i know, if you are going to perform a spell its better that you are that one who will perform and create your own spell.. why? because in creating and performing spells/rituals you are establishing your own energy signature.. you may take on some spells or rituals and you may also adapt accordingly.. but if you can't wait and study the spell that you want to create, then good luck in finding a good caster that will cast out the spell.. you may find good casters in the web.. just search.. good luck thou in finding a reliable one..

But magic is NERVER free. real witch spells always does for money. and just for the money! The money is then compensated for the energy spent by a witch to the client. And if the customer does not pay for a love spell, he will pay than others (health, career success). and all that he gives is not a witch. This board will take the universe with him. Because everything in the world should balance. I give you - U give me. It is the law of the universe!

If someone wants a love spell or another (for solutions to their problems).
There are two options:
- You do a spell on their own
- you do help a WORTHY WITCHES claim, ( ONLY not a swindler!)
in my country, the people who extort a free magical witches assistance call - scammers. This witch decides with whom to work, someone to help, and who refuse.

as for establishing relationships, you must be mutual.. give and take as what red are saying.. especially if you are going to ask others help, you will be under their influence (be sure that after you have ask other's help they would cut out the link that you two have established during ritual).. they could eventually do something to you.. i don't know.. some became very nasty thou..

and would add: if people has not paid a witch for help. This people is karmic debtor witch. I think, all peoples know everything that is Karma. and karmic sins of this life are passed in the next life. Do not pay a witch - a karmic sin!!!
