As I have matured more in this I do realize that you're right and that this shouldn't require much if any magic. But at the same time, without it I feel like I woud've never have gotten the opportunities I did with this person. That is what made me a believer and each time the magic seemed to have gotten stronger.

This hiccup or setback that I had really tested that faith though.

I see that you are right Bardou. At this point I am just engaging in prayer that I will be given another chance to just get closure out of this. At this point I just want to open up to this person and let it all out because I was given chance after chance to do so.

Is it wrong to use magic to open up those lines again?

Also I've been reading about the rose quartz. It seems to be pretty effective from what I've read. Is this true?

I just got back a reading from a highly recommended person. She said that my questions were too specific and that she needed not to use the cards but these wooden looking shells. I think there were four of them, maybe five, I don't remember but she gave me a reading from them. She said that what I was pursuing was worthwhile and that what I've been doing has been working. That any any setbacks are temporary and that there should be no interferences. But she also said to be patient and that this is going to be long term.

Does a reading from someone, especially someone highly recommended, help to confirm or I guess help out the spells I've been doing? It seems like she was more positive about them and had more faith in them than I did.

Where I got the Idea they were similar, look to the ingredients. Don't you think they sound familiar? The same thought process, same magickal purpose, starting an opportunity in a where you must take the step forward to complete the spell. The thing is, the amulet and spell are basically the same, except the amulet is in physical form. When looking at the ingredients, don't hink about how one recipe doesn't have this item, or vice versa, but think about each objects purpose in the spell

And using magick to ask for a no chance is not bad, it's just the same as using lights to draw moths. It's just a way of telling spiritsyou want another chance to make it right. Sorry I was only reading the things you wrote not the questions.

I was also advised to get a reading over all that I am doing. So I went to one of the most recommended, word of mouth readers. She said that what I was doing was worthwhile, not a waste of time and that to be very patient, because this is something long term.

I am going in for one more reading with another recommended word of mouth reader.

I just have to know if what I am pursuing is worthwhile or not. Is it recommended to get a second opinion?

Based on your tone you are feeling unsure of whether your spell is working or not. Based on the way your spell was described it doesn't destroy free will, so go crazy! Cast it again, the forces at work will probably listen to your pleas. (If your still unsure try a sacrifice to a goddess or god of love) It will give you the confidence and chances you need to get this romance going yourself. Though I would avoid mentioning the sorcery on the first date ;)
