Amethyst Healing Spell

I made this spell up and used it first on 8/1/2011.
Items Needed: Amethyst (either loose or worn as jewelry), Visualization, and of course, belief.
1. Hold the amethyst in your right hand (sending hand) and say the following: "Amethyst stands for healing power, please heal _____(insert person's name) this very hour!"
2. Visualize the person getting healthier and happier by the moment.
3. When you are done, transfer the amethyst to your left (receiving) hand in order to establish a psychic link to it.
4. Release the energy by dismissing the spell in the name of your deity/deities (in my case, Jehovah, Sophia and Jesus) and saying "So mote it be"
5. Wear the amethyst jewelry or put the loose amethyst in your pocket and continue to send healing energy to the object of your spell.

Thanks and by the way, feel free to change the spells I list in any way that suits you. I never mean for my spells to be followed to the letter-heck, I even change my own spells at times!
