Tho my age and limited experience, I would be very interested in helping out in this as much as I can. I think it would excellent for my developing leadership skills, and in learning how to solve both mine and others problems while remaining calm. I'm looking forward to this experience.
lmao, this thread is so old.....wow, i can't believe someone dragged it back up. You guys are just too awesome. It's nice to see the turn out of all of you who want to help.
the site needed strong members who could stop arguments and people who threaten other members.
this was back before the mods could do anything, now that the mods CAN do something. we are moot.
ohh and darkwolf, we always got a backstory on the situation from both sides and then went from there. So we were only protecting those who deserved it.
it was all very individualistic, we didnt actually convene much, we worked solo.
ps. WHY did you feel the need to drag this old thread up, after seeing how old it was?
Luzifer is right we do not need a separate organization to handle fights and bullies on this site. It is the moderators that handle these types of situations.
If you find yourself in need of help on the site please contact a moderator to help you. However, please refrain from trying to use the moderators in a way that is selfish, for there are many different types of people here with many different ideas. The mods are charged with handling problems, but also to continue to enjoy the site as well.
you didn't need to be come across so harsh Luz, these people just wanted to help the site, can't blame them for that. And I agree with you and kts both, that the squad was before us mods had any abilities to do anything and the point does seem to be moot. However, they are fully able to be the eyes and ears of the mods on the forums, as not very many mods skim the forums when they are on...at least not to the extent that I do anyways...lol. All i'm saying is be a little softer luz....and thanks for being you :P
Guess I am not helping at all then :( Mods should check the forums more, to see if someone doesn't start a old pointless thread to encourage the members hopes up and then bring them down again and I'm extremly sorry if I seem mean mods.
this thread hasnt been commented on in 7 months, why should anyone go that far back, look at it, find it, see that obviously no one is talking about it, and want to join?

you have the power to do it everyday.
everytime you post you have the power to educate, inform, and propogate intelligience.
I've seen you post before alpha, you seem intelligient, if the hitsquad were still around, I'd already have been watching your posts and debating on offering you membership.
so dont lose heart just because a group isnt around to help.
you can do it, along with everyone else of intelligience on this site.
you dont need to priests, or mods, or part of something.
