It is common knowledge for most members who have been here that text speak/ abbreviations/ acronyms are not allowed. however this is not explicitly stated anywhere in the rules, it simply says english is the only language allowed. acronyms and abbreviations are accepted forms of english language for most people,.
I think it would save a lot of confusion for new members, and also save the moderator's breath some. sometimes this is the only thing i see the moderators say all day, it's pretty common.
I think there should be a history option for the chatter for the moderators since they can't go off of screenshots (that may be edited to get someone they do not like gagged) and not by the 'he/she/they said' they could look back on the chat logs since the person may only be breaking the rules when moderators are offline.
