This website is the only legitimate source of info on non-psi vampires (that is, blood-drinkers).

Vampires exist. They just aren't what we have come to expect. no they don't drink blood, but they have a need to feed.

I do not believe in vampires, unless I see one. That's why we need to keep our eyes open the whole time. It isn't safe to let our guard down in the darkness. But I do know that there are other forms of life (or should I say living dead?) lurking around every corner. In which our naked eye seem to miss.

Vampires do exist in such a way we don't expect them to be. Certainly not from the movies.

psychic vampires exist, they drain energy. while there are people who have low iron so historically they drank blood/ate high iron food and they burn in the sun easily, it's a illness they're born with, not vampirism. in terms of interview with the vampire, in the astral i guess so [never met one, but never looked either] but they aren't real in the physical. and no, you can't turn into one either. the closest you've got is psy vampires.

nekoshema is true.. and if you want to be a psi-vamp (psychic vampire) you must destroy your chakra system..

but well, there are different kinds of psi-vamps for your information.. there are psi-vamps who feed on emotions, there are who feed on life force, and there are who feed on nature's energy.. but all of them are psi-vampires as they are all feeding on energy..

blessed be..

All humans can draw energy from other humans. Most of the time this energy is given freely by one person to the other. It can be as simple as telling a joke and making a person laugh to sending a sick person a prayer or some healing energy.

A psi vamp however, is just lazy human magical practitioner who draws energy off other humans instead of gathering energy through other means such as the earth, the sun, or other universal energies. Drawing energy from another human is the easiest way to gather energy because it takes more skill to gather energy from other things. This is because another human's energy is similar and easier to connect with then the energy from objects that are not human. This form of energy sucking is rude and addictive because it is so easy to do and the psi vamp doesn't want to take the time to learn to gather energy from other things. They want their fix and they want it now.

Shielding is the best way to protect yourself from a psi vamp. I have been in the presence of several psi vamps and they usually love me at first because I give off a lot of excess energy to all the people around me. I do this freely and they quickly become addicted to it.

I can tell when a person is drawing this excess energy off because my shield will automatically alert me to this. I can also tell if the person really needs more because they are ill or having a bad day,. If this is the case I often give a bit more energy to them to help.

However I can also tell when a person does not need it or is trying to suck more then is being given to them. This is the tell tale sign of a psi vamp. When my shield informs me of this I quickly cut them off. The sudden lack of energy for them to draw from causes them to quickly show negative signs due to the withdraw. Like the symptoms of withdraw from any drug they can become immediately depressed, agitated, angry, etc. The worst ones are those who keep trying to get to your energy and can't. Like a caged animal who is starving they can become aggressive as they attack your shield trying to break through. When this happens it is best keep your shield strong and to remove yourself from the situation if it is becoming to much.
