try to imagine each chakra as a flower. each chakra has its own color, root = red, sacral = orange, stomach = yellow, heart = green, throat = blue, third eye = purple and crown = white. From root upwards focus on each chakra one at a time, imagine the chakra as a flower with the chakra's color, and imagine that flower (first as a bud) blossoming slowly, there is a spinning vortex within the middle of each flower representing each chakra and that chakra's status, while the bud's opening, imagine the swirling vortex spinning, faster and faster in your mind, the vortex as well being the same color as the chakra, later on if one chakra needs cleaning, imagine the vortex of it covered in a cluster of black particles, let those particles be destroyed by the vortex, and its color shining brilliantly. Never open all the chakras at once, and save the third eye chakra for last for it is a special chakra requiring a personal ritual to open it, which you can find on the site easily. I hope this helps.

Blessed Be.

thanks it's a great help, but one more thing what do you mean by "never open all chakras at once?
do you mean every chakra meditating, only one chakra can be opened?

well, instead of focusing at one chakra blossoming at a time until its full functional, then moving onto the next one, you really shouldn't focus in meditation on opening all the chakras at once, your body'll be in some confusion, same if you forcfully open your chakras too quickly, say for example the third eye chakra, you'll get a massive headache for at least a week or two and that chakra will be over-active. Like being in a quiet, empty room for a while and suddenly someone grabs the biggest amp they can find and turns the volume up to max and bashes a sound all in an instant, you'd be hurtin', same thing would happen to your third eye. (Then again, you third eye is connected to an organ within your brain called the Pineal Gland, its shribbled like a raisin since birth and is inactive, but opening your third eye means plumping it up and having it work healthily. Which will cause some minor headaches for quite a while. I would know...but anyways, yeah...

What is worth considering is that the Chakras are merely a description of the flow of energy that influence you mind, body, and spirit as well as the manner in which you influence external energies. Their locations, as depicted upon the human body, correspond with nerve centers that are traditionally believed to be impacted by those flows.

Your chakras will open on their own as you become more aware of the energies that impact you, become more balanced within those energies, and attain a deeper understanding of how they operate within you and the world around you.
