I agree with Zebra. Just because matter is made of energy it is not the same energy as spiritual energy. Spiritual energy is at a higher frequency. Spiritual energy has the potential to manifest through the use of magick, that doesn't mean all matter is made alike. The energy manifested through magick is like that of water or air. It can be felt, sometimes seen, can produce change and can be very physical on a certain level, but that doesn't mean it can be physically stood on. Just because some water can be stood on, doesn't mean energy manifested through magick can. Water is a metaphor, not to be taken literally. The only spiritual energy that can truly manifest like that is that of a spirit itself, because it has no physical boundaries. We however, do. It's called a physical body.
If you think this isn't so. Then so be it. Since it is just a "theory" you can't argue that it is truth. A theory is a guess, and theories need to be proven to be accepted.
then the only purish water is obtained through filters and if you compress water into a small space you could stand on it or if that filtered water isnt what you mean by pure water than compress water from the dead sea
and i agree with your reasoning rav3n and if you or anyone else feels the need to test my theory for themselves and post the results im positive this argument will end. i tried testing but blacked out very soon because i dont understand how to get energy from the universe

Hold on a second you can't stand on water becuase of its dinsety but if you can make water with proper dinsety you can, and you created the PSI shape you can adjust it's dinsety then you can ride it.
Yeah, the energy required is a problem. While this theory is perfectly sound, it's practically impossible to test as it requires a massive amount of energy. However, what about telekinesis? With this, you are already (essentially) creating a solid object and then lifting it. Telekinesis would seem to be simpler, as you could (in theory) just lift yourself. It would require much less energy (probably) since it would only require the amount of energy needed to lift your body weight without the need to manifesting an object.
In response to Rav3n's comment, I think your missing some information. True, "spiritual" energy does have a higher frequency than "matter" energy, but they are both the same kind of energy. Like what water is frozen, it's still water, it just behaves differently. I think it is fully within our power to alter the frequency of the energy. As evidence, I present crab shells. Every so often, crabs shed their shell and grow a new one in a day. The thing is, crab shells are made of calcium, and no one knows where it all comes from. Examinations of crabs show that there is only enough calcium in their entire body to create %3 of their shell, which they continue to grow in water with no calcium in it. It would appear that the crabs have developed a natural biological process (as opposed to us, who either learn or unlearn magic) that allows them to convert energy into matter.

We mustn't forget water is merely hydrogen and oxygen.. that is literally the "purest" you will find it. The thing that makes water so life oriented is the fact that it can sustain countless forms of life, including bacteria. I love the fact faith brought to everyones attention regarding the crab shell. Quite an eye opener, I must say. To add to it, it can be argued that the crab has an enzyme of some sort to be able to mass duplicate the calcium it has in order to regrow shell, but where does it get the energy/will to perform such a feat? Is it magic? And if.so, can it be all life has a capacity for magic? If such a simple-minded creature can do such things by will alone, why is it we doubt we can do the same?
