magic is a science and an art, do you not try to get results? science is merely another way to explain things, scientifically. just as magic is a way to explain things, "magically." further your understanding by immersing yourself in many ways, and only use those that actually yield results.

I believe magic and science are two different things. Science involves the theories, experiments, etc. of man, while magic is actually natural and comes from within, surroundings,etc.. But they do have things in common, like they some of the extremes can be dangerous if they become faulty.

That is quite true, but science is based on assumptions also.. just because its proven one way or another doesn't make it sound fact.

Science works on a process of disproving.

As well as approving a hypothesis. Science and magick are very much similar, however, science is the lack of thinking about it abstractly rather than acutely. Science neglects the spiritual aspect and skips straight to the facts. There are electron tests that prove that energy manipulation is possible by even looking in the direction of something.

All I'm saying is that science got everything it knew from some form of abstract thinking or theology. For scientists to deny that there is truth in what they thought, is unthinkable to me. You cannot deny somebody else's truth, because your truth says otherwise.

yes, energy manipulation is a part of science. quantum physics does it with machines, just like we do it with magic. just different methods to do the same thing.

Whenever someones asks me for the definition of magick i always voice Aleister Crowley "Magick is the science and art of creating change in conformity with will".
