Herbs for Love:
Clove, copal, dragons blood, juniper, rose, aster, yarrow, lovage, lavender, lemonbalm, orris, peppermint, dill, marshmallow, sorrel, vervain, ylang ylang, apple, basil, betony, pansy, vanilla, gardenia, jasmine, orchid, poppy, lemon verbena, caraway, myrtle, raspberry, violet, chickweed, cinnamon, cumin, meadowsweet, geranium, ginger, hibiscus, marjoram, mastic, tormentil, mimosa, neroli, palmarosa, rosemary, thyme, tonka, valerian, vetiver, nutmeg.
I'd personally use Rose or Ylang Ylang, although I do not cast love spells.
Oils:
Use any essential oil of the herbs above. So maybe use the Rose in herb form, and burn Ylang Ylang oil?
Candles:
Traditionally, you would use a pink or red candle, but white can be used for anything as it is a reflection of all the colours in the light spectrum. Generally, it depends on what kind of love you want. Red signifies passionate love, whereas pink is more romantic. Of course, you could use both red and pink candles.
Incense:
Incense of any of the herbs above. Lavender, Juniper or Dragon's Blood would be good options to have.
Making 'Love Oil':
You'll need:

Essential Oil.

'Love' Herb of Your Choice.

Powdered Nutmeg.
Choose a essential oil that corresponds with love, and slightly heat it using a method of your choice. Do not over heat it. Then, get the herb of your choice and place it in a bowl, preferably glass or ceramic. Make sure there is slightly more oil than herb.
After that, add the oil to the bowl with the herb in and stir; grinding down the herb as much as possible at the same time. Then, add the powdered nutmeg and stir until it is a nice, lumpy mixture. Make sure it isnt too thin; but if it is, add some more powdered nutmeg.
Voi la.
Moon Phase:
Waxing moon. But all spells work best on a full moon, so either of the two really. Waxing is associated with gaining things, so I guess love counts, as in 'to gain love.'
