Sorry, I agree with Awake. I would rather have people who want to be here and learn about these things rather than Harry potter fanatics who think that we can all turn rats in to water goblets .... 1 ..2...3 feraverto ( spelling?) :) I mean I love that lots of new people join but I get tired of them coming into chat askin how to raise demons when they don't even know how to meditate and don't want to learn. Just my opinion :)

I would love to be able to show those people that magic can still be just as exciting as the potter fantasy but with out all the theatrics if only they are willig to learn.

I admit that I came here with the desire to do the impossible, blame Charmed in my case, but I'm a realist or in other words I got over it fast. If you took a poll I bet many of the members came here with little knowledge, expected stuff like shapeshifting, and stayed on to actually learn the "real deal". I believe that some people get a dose of reality and decide to stick it out.

With me someone on here told me their quitting magick and for me I felt insulted by that, how can someone just walk out? Just like that. Its ridiculous.

It's not for everyone. Often if you are just "quitting" what is actually a spiritual path, it was never the path for you.

I get so annoyed by people not beleiving me that this stuff is real, then when they try it and fail they get so mad with me and quit. It gets so tiring. Plus the fact that they dont try the small stuff either really angers me!

At first i was like fantasizing myself creating water, turning water to ice, etc. but when i learned that these are not true, i was disappointed... But i still didn't quit because i was giving myself a last chance for this, and i read that i need to meditate, visualize (which i am good at, i can actually see, hear and feel what im visualizing because of excessive visualization, hehe)ground, and many more. Now i have back then cast a spell(i said that i wish i would not be punished because i forgot something, and i didn't!)and it worked!!! After that incident i became more enthusiastic and more eager to learn magick...
