Spirit weapon

Well no, of coarse it can't, it's spirit energy. By "construstruct", I meant it's completely pointless and won't do anything more than visualizing what ever energy you're using to do. Not even a charged physical weapon would do anything special.

Okay then so whats the point in doing it in the first place, I mean I know it helps strengthen your mind , but why not just do a psi-ball? :P

Exactly. I mean you could make a teddy bear out of energy too but it won't keep you safe at night. At best it's good practice.

Yeah, I knew someone who used themnfor protection and cleansing but if you ask me its another form of simply using your will and energy.
